Leadership can be described by the level of influence you have to other people. The greater influence you have to more people, the greater you are in your leadership skills.

Contrary to popular notion, nobody was born a leader. Leaders can be developed over time. With proper guidance, training and development, everyone can develop their leadership skills.

Leadership casts vision, defines mission and provides direction to people in any organization. It enables the leader to do more with less, leveraging on orthe people's time, talent and resources in achieving the organization's goals.

Leadership is a product of continuous personal development, self-study and training. You can never be an effective leader when you stop learning. Leaders inspire people to go beyond their status quo, they motivate people to aspire excellence and most specially they model what they preach.

Leaders must develop their own set of skills, identify their core values and define their purpose to be more effective. Without the necessary skills that comes with leadership, his capability will be questioned, without the core values guiding their decisions their integrity will be at comprise, and without definite purpose his organization will be at lost.
